Default 96 accord a/t seems to slip when shifting

hello there boys and girlz,
I just bough a honda accord 96 auto.
I found that when the car is shifting from gear to gear the tach goes up a bit before shifting,it does'nt slip when its in gear,only between gears like it'S shifting too slow or something.worse when cold.other than replacing the fluid is this a known probleme to you honda guys.
