alright i was cleanin up some of there wires under the dash that didnt go to anything...and when i turn my key for my car to turn on none of my lights came on like the battery..oil light...check engine light... so i brought a new one from a 91 crx... i put it in and everything worked the tach too.. after i turn my car off and turned it back on it didnt work anymore so i went under the dash lookin for anything that came loose..and i unpluged a harness out of the fuse box and after i did that i started my car and nothin WORKS except when i click the hazard lights the green lights come on in the dash but the outside lights dont blink...the water temp and gas gauge went down but my head lights come on...but after it was started a little black box under there started smoking..on the right side of the steerin column....if any one has had this prob plz help me out....
p.s i change all the fuses and the turn signal relay
