Default Do I need a new clutch 2000 accord lx?

I got a new clutch 2 years ago but it feels like it is slipping again, when i press the gas the engine revs but it has no pull and struggles up hills. I want to know how much is reasonable to pay for that to be replaced. Looking online for parts I see many different peices, do I need to replace all of them, and what should labor cost?
