Default Is it possible to install power steering in a car that doesnt have it originally?
In particular a 99 Honda Civic CX hatchback with manual drive. Power steering didnt come standard in this model. Its extremely difficult to turn the wheel when driving at slow speeds. If a power steering install isnt feasible, can anything be done?

I don't think so. My husband would've already fixed that on his truck if it could be done! Just do more push-ups and build those muscles! Ha! Ha!

It is possible but have you ever thought about steering it ONLY @ higher speeds? . . (It's just a thought . . . Of course.)

Yes you can do it but you'll need a donor car to get the power steering parts from.

Yes, Go to a junkyard. Parts from a 96-00 civic's are interchangable. Here in the philly area I could get the parts for under $50
