Default Honda D15b7 motor?

My 95 civic Dx Hatch has the d15b7 engine...are there any options for changing the head on this motor? the b7 head is a non vtec economy head...are there any easy swaps for my setup? can you simply purchase a head from anywhere thats already moderately built up with (valves and cams)?

If you want to build up your non-vtec head, get a cam, port and polish (find someone who knows what they are doing) , multi angle valve job, valve springs, retainers, and get it shaved a bit. A big cam in a non-vtec head=constant vtec. (This may hurt your gas mileage a bit.) If you shave the head you'll probably want an adjustable cam gear to correct the the valve timing. A non-vtec head can be ported more than a vtec head. Or you could go for the "mini me" set up=vtec head on a non-vtec block. (A d16z6 head bolts right on your block). Tuning the ECU for your set up will maximize you performance. I don't know of any one that sells pre-built heads but I'm sure you could send your head somewhere and have it built.
