Of course it allow. It Honda. That what do matter. Nothing better out there. For sure you put dual exhuast TIP on you Accord. Then you Honda for sure do rock!!!!!! Bumper do allow. No guess involve. It fact that Accord bumper do allow. You Accord be true Honda then!!!

you could cut out the spot for the exhaust or if you have money you could order a new rear bumper. you could also have a custom welded exhaust to fit your car, and thats not much, just get tip and have it welded. as far as dual, honda cars can do anything, i have seen evo body kits and skyline body kits on civics, so dual exhausts shouldnt be a problem, try to talk to a local professional in the area. hope it helps.
