Default Accord OBD 2 port location?

Hi all,
Does anyone know where the OBD 2 port is located on the 98-2003 model 2.0ltr Honda Accord (European model)? I've checked on a Autodata2 cd, it appears to be somewhere underneath the steering wheel column. I took off the fascia plate below steering wheel column, above the brake & clutch peddles, but can't find socket. I know on the earlier models, there's an auto link connector, underneath glove box. Any suggestions?
