Default The car starts, runs smooth, then suddenly starts to surge at an idle.?
95 Honda DX w/ 1.5 liter, Single OH Cam. It feels like an EGR valve misfunction on an American car, but can't find an EGR on this one, though the book I bought says that there is one. What's it look like? Where's it located? Any other suggestions. Runs good and steady while driving above an idle.

it could be the idle control clean out your throttle and your PCV valve and see if it improves
