Default questions on turbo and wheels for 02 civic?

i've been having a lot of trouble deciding what to get for my civic; if anything knows anything about turbos, how much horsepower do you think i'd get out of this http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/01-05...ayphotohosting ?also, if anyone has my car (2002 dx coupe) do you know the specs for the wheelS? i dont have an owners manual and im about to get rims. http://www.procivic.com/pages-produc...814/index.html do you think those are crap and will rust over? or are they good?well, what about these ones from summit http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku ? and i have a dx, i wasnt expecting so much?? they come 115 stock, and theres this $2500 turbo that only puts it up to 205. so i figured price would go hand in hand.

First off the turbo on that page IS NOT A COMPLETE KIT. the kits that you need are about $3,500. you need CORRECT piping for the intercooler, not the "universal" junk, oil feed and return lines, fuel management, injectors whether its bigger or additional add-on injectors, a timing control, missing link, 2 or 3 bar map sensor, and a correct STRONG turbo manifold. Look at it like this, a QUALITY turbo by itself is about $800-$2,000 so a kit that costs $1000 you can pretty much figure on being garbage. Personally I would look at the Greddy, or Turbonetics turbo kits. They both include ALL NECESSARY PARTS right down to the brass fittings and even come with the injectors and fuel management. I work at a tuner shop and have seen it all. these "kits" from Ebay like this are just plain garbage. PERIOD. Do yourself a favor and save a little more money and I promise you you will be happier.
