Default i have a 94 civic b16 turbo is it safe to hook up an oil feed line from the vtec solenoid
port to the turbo? vtec solenoid port its a fitting on the head by the vtec sensor please help thanks

No it will not be safe, you will probably not get enough pressure to fulfill the turbo's cooling necessities. Not only that but your VTEC will probably fail considering the lack of a VTEC solenoid which is needed to activate it.

You need to get a brass "T" fitting and go from the oil pressure sending unit. If looking from under the car it is just above and to the left of the oil filter.

Do like hondab16tuner said above me or you can get an sandwich adapter for the oil filter and tap into that.
