Default Flashing lights

I started my '98 honda civic DX up on night and as I started to drive my speedometer went nuts and my lights started to pulse and I got a check engine light. I pulled into a gas station and to take a look. I noticed at idle the car was shifting from high to low idle. I shut the car off and started it back up. Everything ran fine. The lights didn't flash and the car idled normal, but as soon as I reved the engine the lights started to pulse again and the engine start idling high and low again. I checked the fuses all is well. Battery checks good with 11.5v w/ load. But I checked the voltage off the battery with the car running. My first check gave me a voltage off 11.5 steady, and then again after reving the engine and my voltage reading was all over the place. 14v-11.5v.

Some other interesting things are when my ac compressor kicks in it helps to slow the pulsing. It stops for about 5 seconds and then pulse once or twice and then steady again for 5 secs.

I had the codes read at an autozone and this is what I got
P1298- Electrical Load Detector Circuit High Input
p0135- HO2S 11 Heater condition
p0141- HO2S 12 heater condition
p0301- PCM determined a misfire in cyl. 1
p0302- PCM determined a misfire in cyl. 2

Any thoughts on what could be going on??

You will have to excuse my terrible language of "cars". I dont really know much about them but hope I can offer some help. My 96 honda accord was doing the same thing not that long ago. It freaked me out while I was driving. I took it up to my local auto parts store and they hooked it up to their machine. The guy then started looking at the cords, wires, or whatever they are called, that are connected to my battery. I had so much corrusion around my battery that it had actually began going down into those cords. So, luckily, I had pretty much caught it before it had gotten to bad. I just cut the tips off down to where the corrusion was and still had just enough to connect it all back up. After that, my car ran like a charm. So be sure to always keep your battery free and clear of any corrusion. I think I have learned my lesson now. Hopefully yours could be a quick fix just like mine. Good luck with it though!
