The dealer told me about the fuse on the passenger side, but I didn't see any kind of fuse on that side. The lights where the ac instruments are don't light up either. I thought it was a bulb, but i'm not sure.

The fuse panel should be under you steering wheel. Who ever told you that it was on the passenger side must be thinking of the japanese version. Anyway here is something that should help. http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread...ostid=28967090 It seems it would be number 32 on your fuse panel.
