Where could I buy a ground effects kit or underbody kit for a 2003 Honda Accord EX?

check out oznium.com for underbody kits. the LEDs ones are really bright and have even color, not dotted like other kits

i would go to yourhotcar.com they have all kinds of stuff there you can find for your car from bodykits to turbo kits you should be able to find what your looking for there
