HiI just want to put something new on my car. it is a 95 honda civic LX. because it has power lock on it. so, i want to put keyless entry and remote starter(optional) on it. Just want to know which buddy has this kind of experience. And how complex the work is. and what kind of accessory i need to buy, just looked at something on ebay.By the way, there is a red led light on my main panel, but it never lighted or flashed after i bought it. but i thought that might be the feature of the keyless entry of alarm system. How can i activate it?thanks a lot

go to your local auto shop they can give you all the fine details!

Go to your local circuit city, and they'll install it for you there.. it's usually ~$200 for the system and install. Remote start is wonderful for the cold weather.

I have this and it is soooo nice! In winter you get in a car that's preheated and in summer you get in a car that's nice and cool....I had mine installed by a local company that specializes in car detailing so you might try to find a car audio/detailing shop locally...it takes a while to install so I would let a professional do it

You need to be good at wiring...compare prices with dealers like circuit city etc.....keyless entry is not to bad just wire it to door lock wiring. Remote start depending on type is a little more involved and does your car have magic key? This is a key that is coded...that you may have to leave in ignition..for starting even with remote. If you can find all of the start and power sources under hood great....... if not you may need to go under dash...tight spot..... I f you buy one from ebay make sure it comes with all directions and explaination....and ask questions... These can be a nightmare or some are quite easy if directions and hookups are clear...
