OK these people are idiots. To get a high quality paint job especially if you are changing color you are looking at $2,500+. this will include your door jambs, under the trunk, in the engine compartment, and inside the actual doors. Its a big job to totally repaint a car a different color and do it correctly. The struts (assuming you dont have the tools to do it yourself) will be about $250 per wheel installed. You have to compress the spring and remove it from the old strut. Now the window tinting will depend on whether its a 2 door or 4 door. A good quality 2 door tint job (20%) will be about $120. The 4 door about $160.

Just for the struts and no labor costs, a descent set is around $250. For getting your windows tinted is anywhere from $120 - $170 depending on if its a four door car or not. Finally for a good total color change including jams and inside the engine bay at least $2,500. But if you just get the car repainted the same color you have now then a good paint job should be around $1,500.
