It doesn't matter at what speed i'm driving when the steering wheel starts moving left to right a bit by itself. What can be the problem and about how much would it be to fix it?

You probably need a wheel alignment. This is what had happened to me and after I had it adjusted it was fixed. It was about $50 for mine to get fixed and it is amazing how being just a few degrees off can make your car turn slightly to one side.
