I have a '95 Honda Civic Del Sol. Replaced the battery and when i tried to start it, it would not start start. I have not driven the car for about a month and so when i tried to start it, it had a hard time starting and i think drained the battery . So i gave it a jump and i fired right up. I ran it for a bit and when i turned it off and tried to start it again and it wont not start. When i try to start it it just makes a rapid clicking noise and nothing else happens. any ideas why it will start on a jump but not on its own. it checked the battery with a meter and it read 12 volts.

P.S.
I just tried to start it and watched the head lights and they dimmed.
