hi.you want your stance not to look "lifted". i've fitted my civic with springs from Eibach. Get the one with 1 inch drop.this will make your wheels and fender well clearance even throught out the tires. it's not too low nor too high. just enough for you to get pass through those speed bumps and potholes.if you wanna go cheap, remove get you OEM spring from the car and cut 1 and a half rings from it. although this is not advisable because your ride comfort will be too rigid and the performance won't be the same. it shall give you a good stance nevertheless.if you don't want to cut it, they are selling Spring Clamps. it shall clamp together that rings to acheive the height you desire. just be careful because if you hit a speed bump hard, in rare occassions, the clamp will break and you spring shall shoot back to its old lenght. if this happens in during at high speeds, your car can flip over. i suggest, get a heavy duty clamps, bolt them tight then weld it. this way, in case you change your mind and wanna get the old height back, torch the clamp again.i hope this helps, what i wrote is better described and said when i've got visuals. but then, i hope this is enough.
