Help!

The hardest part is over, I got the thing in, now it only rolls up halfway. I assume I don't have it adjusted correctly, but I don't know where to start making the adjustments. When it gets about halfway up it starts making a noise like it is straining to continue (if that makes any sense) like it is bogging down, then it stops.

It took me about 2 hours and a lot of frustration, because I was doing it alone with no helper (I wish now I would have had a helper), any way, I don't know if I need to adjust the 2 top or 2 bottom bolts or the two bolts that hold the window.

Any help will be appreciated.

This is the drivers front window, if it matters.

Hey, it is cold here and I was freezing, I didn't have time to wait for a reply. Riding around with your window down in cold weather is no fun!
