You need to drive more! I have my daily driver a 88 M5 BMW up to 658K. Had it since 89. Time and mileage is NOT the concern these days its all condition. I have had two identical cars before me many times and had to decide what one is better. Most of the time the one with more miles is the best car. I know you might be rolling your eyes right now but its true. Seems typically (normal car owners)you have two kinds of owners the all about looks people(they sell at a lower mileage to avoid paint fading and rock chips building up PLUS they just HAVE to have the newer looking model) and the all about mechanical people(usually sell at a higher mileage). It hard to find a used car where the owner was both types. Their old cars usually go to a friend.

It's a good start. With proper care and maintenance, you can expect 250k.I had a 92 LX 5speed, which my son now has with 131k, we both expect it to last til then. Good rule of thumb..........Never spend more than a grand or 2 on an old car on an annual basis. With good credit, you can drive a new (or relatively new) one for ~$200 per monthGreat choice! Stay with HONDA. They are great cars!
