Default Can a twin cam engine fit a single block?

I have the block from a single cam & was thinking about getting a dual cam engine & putting the two together?

No. The block for the twin cam head will be different then the single cam head.

YOU CAN'T HAVE AN ENGINE WITHOUT A BLOCK. IF YOU MEAN A TWIN CAM CYLINDER HEAD ON A MOTOR THAT CAME WITH A SINGLE CAM, YOU WOULD HAVE TO GIVE MORE INFO.

Corey, it doesn't matter what engines he has. No USDM Honda DOHC head will fit a SOHC block. That's also the answer for the OP's question. No, it is not possible.

dont listen to these so called honda mechanics you can do it because i have it done on my car. i own a 94 prelude with a f22b6 bottom end with a h22a head. you have to use a 94 prelude h23 head gasket and put a little tab of honda bond in the right top corner of the block in the valley grove on the block. because on the h22 head it will leak a little bit of oil from the return gallery on the head, but there is no oil pressure that comes out it's just a return port. if you need pics let me know.
