The other day my 2003 Honda Accord door lock for the lock only stopped working. I had this happen about a month ago but the very next day it started working again so I wasn't to concerned.
The unlock on the remote and via the door works fine but the lock side doesn't work on either the remote or the door module. Any ideas? I know it's not a fuse otherwise the door locks wouldn't work at all. I'm starting to think it's a weak actuator but I thought I would check this forum before I pulled the door panel off.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

The door lock started working again so I'm at a complete loss. I happened to be in the passenger seat and tried the lock on that side. It worked and every since the lock on the driver door works fine, and also the remote. I have no idea what the problem is/was.

Try using the key first. Manually lock and unlock several times. If it's just binding this may loosen it up. If it doesn't help it's likely a bad actuator.
