Just get a standard floor jack thats all you will need and it is easier to use than the bottle jack.

ALWAYS use a floor jack. The bottle jack only has a small area on the jack portion whereas the floor jack has 10 times the area where it contacts the car.

yeah the floor jack is the best option now if you are looking for something to store in the car use the scissor jack your car might have one already if you just need to mount your spare.

If you've got the room to store and a solid surface for it to roll on then the floor jack is definitely the better choice. It does eat up a bit of floor space for storage and doesn't roll worth a hoot on dirt or gravel.

Floor jack this is because it has a wider footing for stability and a bigger contact area with the car to make it easier and safer.
