Depends on what you mean by aftermarket.. Basically, when it comes to Honda, aftermarket engine parts and body accessories never do well. Your car is to new to have that junk. If you want proof, take a look at all the Preludes out there that sound and look like garbage because someone put aftermarket parts on it. Every person I know that owns a Honda has told me that trying to go cheap never panned out for them. It either broke or didn't work right. Best to take more time and save up for the real deal on those cars.

I have a 2003 Accord Ex (4 cyl.) and all I have added was 18" rims and window tints (sleek/ clean looking). I was thinking about getting angel eye projector headlights, but they take a toll on your battery. You can put a bigger muffler on, but I personally hate the sound. If you wanted a body kit, I'd suggest buying the actual Honda one, not some cheap no-name one. There's some suggestions, good luck!!
