i realize the transaxle and ecu would also need to be swapped if this is possible

yes it is done all the time but make sure you get a dohc V-TEC

yes its possible and u need axles and diff ecu. Go to honda-tech.com, sign up and ask them. They know

yeah, thats one of the most common swaps, another thought would be a gsr swap, that would be more power efficient too. but it would also cost more, the choice is up to you and how much you want to spend. check out honda-tech they are some educated people there.
