Can the f20b blue top compete wit da h22 engine..which one is better for racing purpuses n can...

They are both rated for the same power, so it was be even. Just get whichever is cheapest.

these motors are almost the same, except for one thing, they came in different cars, as far as performance most of the parts that are available, are available for both cars. here http://www.accordinglydone.com/data/...com/zerosearch theres a couple of threads, there are both opinions there, you should check it out and read the pro's and con's of each of them.
