Whats up guys and gals, i have a question about my honda prelude. According to the owners manual, my honda prelude should only be ran on 91 unleaded fuel, however i have not been running on 91 =(. being that i am a starving college student, i have always opted to purchase the cheaper 87 fuel ( i havnt even been using 89 =\) But ya, how much damage has been done? i have been driving on 87 for about 3 years now and i have put about 40k miles on it. Is the damage reversible? i think i am getting less gas mileage now, is this why? Is it possible that the loss of MPG is cause by a problem with my catalytic converter?
