Typically when the AT does not shift into overdrive in the accords it is due to a bad shift solenoid or possibly badly contaminated ATF. Change the transmission fluid using genuine honda ATF. If you still have symptoms I would try changing the shift solenoids. If that still doesn`t fix the problem you may need to replace the transmission.
