It seems to be in good condition and has never been used for towing.

High milage for this year car. But is worth this much. Follow the link below to appraise this car. Add more details to get an idea of its value. Be honest with condition.

Depending on the exact model (LX SE EX etc) and its mileage and the cars condition and believe it or not what city you live in you could probably sell it for more than that.. i did a quick quote for a car like yours with 100000 mi (a guess) and it says you can sell it in "fair" condition for $7,375.00. So find out all the vitals and check its quick and easy. Try Kelly Blue Book!

Yes its a Honda, I sold a 99 accord with 150k for 6 grand in superb condition.

Price is fair but you MUST have it inspected by a mechanic you know and trust to evaluate it's condition and see what lurks in repairs down the near future. You don't want to have to spend $2000 or more in the first 6 months. I have a 2000 CR-V ex and it's a great vehicle, mine has 70,000 miles (119,000kms) on it.
