I was told by my mechanic that my car burns motor oil and that I should check the dipstick every two weeks to see if I should put more oil in. I have about 240 thousand kilometers on it. So...1. How much oil should I put in there every time I'm low? (I recently put in a litre or a bottle.)2. Is there a brand that is better or should be avoided for my Civic?3. Do I still need to take it to get an oil change? I'm burning and replacing the oil right?Learn how to spell, Smack.
