do all 1995 civic ex have vtec?

All U.S. model 1995 Civic EX models have VTEC. None of the other civic models of that year have VTEC. The Del Sol in 1995 also had Vtec.hope that answers your question

well yes the ex trim level is v-tec for this year and contrary to other answers other models of civics were also available with v-tech; the vx trim level hatchback is a 1.5 v-tech.
