I would do the Lincoln MKX over the Accord coupe based solely on practicality. For me, the size of the vehicle is an issue. If you have a child, or if you ever have to move or cart around any kind of object that is large in size, you'll thank yourself for buying the SUV. I have driven both and love he accord coupe but Honda still hasnt created a sport coupe, just a sporty appliance. The MKX is the Ford Edge but more dressier. At the end of the day there is no winning, there is just settling for which better suits your lifestyle.
