ive got a 92 honda accord it isnt firing no spark to the coil the car was idleing roughly up and down for awhile would that possible have anything to do with it? before the car completely quit it would stall and you could remove the battery termial for 2 or 3 mins and replace it back and the car would start but now its completely stopped it does crank over normal and you can smell gas i amuse the fuel pump is working because of being able to smell fuel after you crank the car about 2 weeks ago i replaced the timing belts and alernator belt.. any help would be greatly apprecated.. any ideals???? thanks~~

It sounds like what my Honda did and it was the brain. The brain regulates everything!!!

did you check the igniter???

hi i think it sounds like your distributer has stopped working i had a similar prob with my civic.it is easily replaced my friend.
