Was looking at Honda dyno's and I saw one with an ITB (individual throttle body) What are the ups and downs of having one. What kind of horsepower gains are we talking when equipped? Is there a certain condition my Civic B-18C-1 Motor needs to meet before adding this mod?

It gives you car a faster throttle response when you slam on the gas pedal. But you have to tune each throttle body so it can work its best and best to use a stand alone ECU. Also it won't be smog legal if you are concerned about it.

usually you only get ITBs if youre doing an all motor set up running high compression. if youre just looking for a little hp gain, get an intake, header, and exhaust, if you want a lot of power, boost it

most go wit ITB when they have a all motor monster and done did everything they can. you can do them on a mildy modded motor or even stock. but the gains wont be as much as a fully built all motor. but gains also depends on how good your tuner can tune them.
