I have a 1998 honda accord for sale ex woth 171,000 miles on it how much should i be asking for it please help

It would be easier to tell you if you let us know if it was a coupe or sedan. Also if it has the V6 VTEC engine, the 2.3L non VTEC, or the 2.3L VTEC 4cylinder engine. And any options that it has would help out, along with the overall condition of the car.Using kelly blue book (www.kbb.com) I entered your car's year, make and model. I put in 171,000 miles, and assumed it was the EX sedan with the 4 cylinder VTEC engine (if you don't know how to tell, check you owner's manual, or pop the hood and see if it says VTEC).If those are all correct info, then the private party value of your car in "good" condition would be $4,500. This would increase if it was the V6 engine, and decrease if it is the non VTEC engine. Also, if it is an auto transmission it will increase slightly.So I would ask for $5,000, and settle for $4,000.Assuming it is in good condtion and that non of my info was too far off.

well i will say from $3995 to $6000. just go to kbb.com and enter all the information about your car and it should tell you how much it cost.

you should probaly sell it for 2,500$ if its in good conditon bump it up $200 more.
