Default do traction bars really work.?

i am working on a 95 eg coupe with a h22 swap and have been told i will have traction problems andi found the traction bar on the web.

Yes they do, especially if you have a high torque motor like the H22. I have a B18 with a turbo and yes you will need the traction bar unless you want to take off really slow. j/k

the traction bars work, however you have to make sure you get the ones for your application. because basically the h22 is a big swap and you have to make sure you tell them the swap you have when ordering otherwise it may have issues or not fit at all. the other thing please don't go with bars from e bay. they send you wrong things and those bars are weak like very weak. buy them name brand ask questions and make sure they fit. best bet is a good racing shop in your area. or even order direct but call to make sure you get the right bars for your swap.

There is a reason they use them on big SUVs, and high powered rear wheel drive cars. Alot of little front wheel drive Hondas don't have quite enough torque to justify them, but yes they help, and they help noticeably.
