Is this a fuse problem? Faulty wire? How do you find out?And if it is a fuse issue, any hints on where I can find a fuse diagram for a 95 odyssey on the web?

If the brake lights are still working then likely it's not a wiring problem. I believe that circuit for running lights are on their own separate fuse from the brake lights, since the bulbs are dual-filament, so check the fuses first. It's not very likely, but it could also be the running light filament on the tail-light bulbs are busted. Good Luck with your repairs.
