I'm having problems trying to get the Bluetooth system to understand my commands/phone #'s. Anyone had this problem? If so provide steps to help program it.

If you are talking about the factory fit blue tooth then you should be able to go to phone book then say store say the number clearly and do not make any large pauses. Monotone continuous speech is best. Talk directly at the center front ceiling light as this is where the microphone is located. Voice commands are "Phone book", "Store" and follow the commands. Instead of "o" always say "zero" this sometimes helps.
