IM trying to remove the secondary header pipe/connector pipe before the catalytic convertor so that i can install some DC sport headers i bought a while back but never put them on. I've run into my first problem and i cant remove some of the bolts from that long pipe. The ones that connect to the catalytic convertor are really BAD! i sprayed some WD-40 on them 5 times, still won't come off. i think i might have even stripped the hex on them and made them smaller. Anybody have some suggestions?

WD-40 doesn't do anything. Try using a good rust breaking like PB Blaster instead, and let it soak for a while first. If you've stripped the bolts, then you have the use channel grips or a Gator socket to get them off. You could also try application of heat to break the lock.
