Honda discontinued the Prelude in 2002, but here's a very good history of the Prelude, include information about different models.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honda_Prelude

The SH handles better because it delivers more power to the outside wheel when turning. This reduces oversteer, and makes the car pretty fun to drive.

The SH has ATTS (Active Torque Transfer System), where the others don't. Other than that, you'll need to be more specific about what other models you want to compare it to. Are you just referring to the '97-'01 Preludes, or pre'97 Preludes as well? For the '97-'01, check out this link and you'll see the differences:http://www.edmunds.com/used/1997/hon...ude/index.html
