Should be under the passenger side carpet in the footwell area, pull back the carpet at the front and there will be a metal foot plate that will have to be removed to gain access to the ECM. Depending on the engine a Chip will be a good mod for power gains backed up with induction and exhaust mods can boost power by around 25%. If it is a Dual Point Injection system it would be worth converting the manifold to a multipoint manifold off a 95 coupe, great power gains and throttle response.

Without other mods the chip itself will not get you anything but worse gas mileage.
