If none of the windows will move it is most likely a relay or fuse.Look in your owners manual to see where your fusebox, locate the one that controls the windows, and take it into a NAPA or KRAGEN and get a new one..they are cheap.

YOU NEED TO CHECK THE FUSES,MAYBE THEY BLEW WITH THE WINDOWS GETTING STUCK IN BAD WEATHER,IF ITS ONLY ONE WINDOW THEN IT COULD BE THE SWITCH OR MOTOR BURNT OUT,NORMALLY VERY RELIABLE

The Accord uses a multiplex system ( computers that control the windows and door locking system) as the other guys have said check the fuses first. If it is all the windows it seams like it could be related to the control unit, if its from all the switches on all the doors then the under dash fuse box contol unit sounds possible. There is a test system built into the control unit that allows you to test the communication lines and the switches. You need a plug in switch called a MPCS connector. It plugs into the under dash fuse box, turn on the ignition and switch it on and the control unit will beep at you. But you need to to have the code information it will start with a long beep followed by a short beep this is known as mode one and it checks the communication lines (wiring). If no more beeps can be heard switch the switch off for 7 seconds then on again, you should now hear a long beep followed by 2 short beeps indicating the car is now in mode 2, now when you operate the switches you should hear a beep when they are pressed. If no beep its a switch problem. (Alternatively take it to a specialist). Good Luck....
