Question 91 Accord Auto - shifter moves hard in/out of park & S light

Considering buying a 91 Accord DX automatic with very low miles (31,000). One owner, lives in the city.
In test drive several things occurred.

1) S light went on and off a couple times and when it did the transmission shifted. Is this typical and or expensive to fix?

2) Shifter moves hard into and out of park. Once out of park it moves freely. Is this a "lubrication" problem or something bigger?

Thank you for your thoughts.
