Most automotive books give the settings. Or call your local autoparts store and ask, the have specs in their computers.

Any helms, chilton, factory service manual, but go to this site and get it free, already looked up for a f22a engine in the 90 accord. http://www.accordinglydone.com/forum...ad.php?t=10381 This is out of a helms manual. picture incl.

I assume you are talking about valve clearance. Look at the inner surface on the hood - there is a sticker with emissions info including spark plug and intake/exhaust valve gaps.
