1)changed ignition switch(2 months ago)(2) Electronic wiring diagram(2 months ago)(3) changed distribution assembly(2 months ago)(4) changed "some kind of" relay(might be a master relay)(3 months ago)(5) timing belt changed about 2 years ago(about 30,000 miles ago)My battery and starter is fine. It's been starting ok for a month but doesn't start again this morning..What else could it be besides the things mentioned?it sounds almost start but doesn't fully start.

Might be that the distributer is bad agian or you have gotten some moisture in it. Try opening it up and spraying some WD-40 or PB Blaster in it and try to start it. If this does not work, i would look to the coil and have it checked.

It could be a problem with the ECT sensor (Engine Coolent Temperature) as this is one of the main control sensors for the PGMFi system. If the plugs are black it may be over fueling. You need to check the fuel pressure also it should be between 2.5 to 3 bar. You need to check the power supply to the Injectors and the Distributor when the fault occurs. The black yellow wire to the Distributor is the power supply. Test the injectors any wire should be around battery voltage on both pluged in. If no power to the injectors check to main PGMFi relay again, no power to the Distributor check the ignition switch again. Good luck!
