I dont suggest it. It's just tricking your electronic system to gain little power. U wont even notice it...and your not gonna get 10hp straight up with the chip change.Get TRUE power by putting in an intake so your car breaths better, and headers and exhaust to finish it off. Get the 50state legal stuff from a reputable company..cuz you will fail the smog/emissions test otherwise. Personally that chip stuff is a waste of time...and will probly have engine light crap turn on in ur dashboard, and annoy the hell out of you.For your year Civic I suggest AEM intakes, DC Sports Headers, DC/Skunk2/HKS/5zigen exhaust. You'll probly get a good 20+HP with that whole combo.
