What is the factory top speed of a 2003 Honda Civic DX 1.7L 5-Speed?

not fast. you might be able to get it to go 120 without falling apart or blowing apart the tires. but not for long before you burn up the engine. it's just not made for racing.

Its not a lot there really slow cars imma say around 103 to 106 no more than that

Crypt, the question says "2003", not "93", which does come with a 1.7L engine. Read before you try to make someone else feel dumb. To answer your question, the 1.7L non v-tech, 115hp, motor is governed at 110 mph. You can top out in 4th gear, if you remove the governer, you've got the range of all of 5th gear which should get you to at least 130-140mph. That is a guess since I have not removed my governer either.
