Default 2001 honda accord headlight alignment question?

my lights are uneven beucae of an accident and ive told to screw in two screws next to the lights and ive done it and nothing is happeningwhat else should i be doing to align them?

i think i left you some instructions about the tape on the garage and doing the screws but sometimes if the frame or whatever is bent a little too much you jus wont be able to ever align them high or low enough whatever way ur having the problem.

Take this into a Honda dealer and get the right service, don't be so cheap! You want Honda Quality?, now go pay some Honda prices!
