If you are going to do it your self, It will be located on the lowest point on the oil pan to allow all the oil to drain out. You may have to jack it up or use ramps to gain access but you will probley have to do that anyways to get to the oil filter

If you have to ask this question, you better leave this to a professional. It only costs $10 more than the price of oil.Don't be cheap, don't take chances.Take it to a Honda dealer to get a QUALITY repair done. Don't mess around town, just pay a little more at Honda for the best service you can get!
