i am thinking of purchasing an 08 fit sport but i have seen the 09 and it looks substantially better. I wanted to know if anyone knows when the 2009 fit will be available in the US and if the price will be very close to the price of the 2008 model.

I thought new models come out at the end of the year. Ask at the closest Honda dealer. I would guess around September 2008.

the 2009 fit is expected to debut at the 40th tokyo motor show on oct27, (japanese model) and should be available in the US market next summer (2008) be sure to check it out online after the show for more info regarding design and stuff! -andrew
